As legal counsel, Tina is a strong advocate and has successfully represented clients in the various levels of Court. Tina practices primarily in the area of civil litigation, with a focus on contractual disputes, fraud and debt recovery; she also works on wills and estates as well as employment law matters.

Prior to joining WBA, Tina worked at a mid-size firm in Calgary, assisting a wide variety of individual and institutional clients for matters ranging from collections and judgment enforcement to professional regulatory matters. Tina went to law school at the University of Saskatchewan and articled at a boutique firm in Calgary.

Tina also contributes her time to legal organizations including the Women’s Legal Education and Action Fund (LEAF) and is a founding board member of the Calgary LEAF branch.

Outside of the office, Tina loves to spend time with her puppy and can be found reading, painting, or exploring the mountains with her family and friends.
